Civil War Artillery School

Civil War reenactors practice their weaponry skills at the fort. Meet and mingle with reenactors at this family-friendly, educational event featuring Civil War soldiers who set up camp and fire cannons during the afternoon. Sponsored by Reynolds Battery, New York Light Artillery.

Starting Saturdays and Sundays in May, Old Fort Niagara's tour guides will offer hourly tours starting at 9:30 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. The tours leave from the Visitor Center following the hourly showing of the film in the museum theatre.

Celebrate the beginning of Spring and ENJOY a Basket Auction, entertainment and AGAIN this year a 1-mile race for youths will be held at 12:30PM. No charge just bring a dessert to pass. We party in Marilyn Toohey Park (behind Red Brick). We will have Bounce-N-Around, music, and a petting zoo. Themed chalk walk for kids. Registration for the race will begin at 11:30AM on Onondaga Street. Free!
